To ensure the best care for your pet, we conduct a 30-minute meet and greet.
This session includes:

Review your pet’s health history and vaccination records

Conduct a nose-to-tail assessment to check overall well-being

Observe your pet’s comfort level with our team and new environments

Assess behaviour & socialization for group activities (if applicable)

Discuss your pet’s daily routine, preferences, and any special needs
